Sweden saw the second round in their future when they took the lead in the first half. They will play the Korea Repbulic in their final match as they look to move on to the next round. Germany stays alive and go level with Sweden in the group on points. Germany kept their wits about them and were eventually rewarded in injury time as Toni Kroos scored a wonderful goal. After Jermore Boateng got sent off for a second yellow, Sweden looked to grab a second goal themselves. Germany recovered in the second half and score a quick goal by Marco Reus. Despite that, they found themselves behind at half time after a counter-attack goal from Ola Toivonen. Germany was the attacking team for the majority of the game.
